Associa's CAMS program offers a full-time, salaried Community Associate role designed to immerse newcomers in community management. You'll shadow managers, pursue the educational path to become a portfolio manager, and receive ongoing mentorship and cross-department exposure to build hands-on experience.

You will learn budgeting, board communications, vendor coordination, and monthly financial reporting, with clear milestones and quarterly reviews guiding progression to a community manager role.

Competenze

• Proven ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to review and analyze financial reports.
• Understanding of bidding processes and contracts.
• Know how to structure and order meetings.
• Familiarity with architectural review processes.
• Capable of creating and maintaining budgets.

Mansioni

• Maintain open communication with boards of directors and homeowners.
• Prepare and present budgets to boards.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and create variance reports.
• Create monthly management reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for community projects.
• Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of communities.
• Attend board meetings and internal team meetings.
• Supervise administrative and maintenance staff when applicable.
