Temporary positions with a duration of 12 months.

The Community Associate for the Lead Hazard Control Department will assist the team with administrative and clerical support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Providing and improving community services by acting as a liaison between City agencies, community organizations, groups, and individuals served.
  2. Performing difficult and responsible clerical operations.
  3. Executing daily data entry tasks in Maximo.
  4. Preparing and maintaining records, reports, and statistics.
  5. Responding to vendor inquiries, assisting with daily issues, and guiding problem resolution.
  6. Providing administrative support, coordinating meeting schedules, and handling related tasks as needed.

Additional Information:

  • NYCHA employees applying for promotional, title, or level changes must have served at their current location and in their current title/level for at least one year.
