The world of work is changing…short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work!

At IWG, we are leading the way. We’ve built the world’s largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever, and however, they want… in over 120 countries across the globe!

Join us and help us bring more freedom to people and businesses, while expanding our network. You’ll be able to enjoy a great work life balance and competitive benefits, while growing your career path along the way.

The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers, enabling them to focus on running their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive early to ensure everything is ready and check for any missed details. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests such as WiFi changes, package pickups, directions, setting up projectors, and more. You manage incoming calls, ensure services are charged correctly, and handle mail and customer inquiries. You take short breaks to relax and recharge.

In the afternoon, you collaborate with the Community Manager on organizing upcoming networking events, including planning, creating invites, and posting notices. You also engage with prospective community members to promote the space and encourage participation in events.

As the day ends, you help wrap up meetings, guide clients to nearby restaurants, and ensure the center is tidy before heading home.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Proactive in solving problems and taking ownership
  • Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to change
  • Confident using MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
What We Offer

Along with a competitive total compensation package, you will enjoy:

  • Work-life balance (no nights/weekends)
  • Generous paid time off (sick and vacation)
  • 11 paid holidays per year (in addition to PTO)
  • 401K plan with company match
  • Affordable health care options for full-time employees
  • Quarterly bonus and hourly rate of $18.41
  • Inspiring work environment
  • Training and career development opportunities
  • Business casual attire and a professional community
