The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with customers from various industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, handling administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on their businesses.

A typical day at IWG
  1. Prepare your center before opening, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
  2. Assist customers with requests like WiFi changes, package arrivals, directions, and setup needs.
  3. Sort mail, handle customer inquiries, and manage invoicing.
  4. Take breaks as needed to relax.
  5. Help organize community events and promote networking opportunities.
  6. Assist with meeting room management and customer directions.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills, with 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying in and at least 18 years old.
