The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before the center opens to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various needs such as WiFi issues, package arrivals, directions, setting up projectors, and more. You handle incoming calls, ensure services are charged correctly, and manage mail and customer requests. You also participate in organizing events and engaging with prospects to promote the community. At the end of the day, you tidy up and prepare for the next day.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
