The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You’ll handle administrative and support needs, enabling your customers to focus on their businesses.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive early to prepare the center, assist customers with requests like WiFi codes, packages, directions, and technical setups. You manage mail, handle inquiries, and coordinate services, ensuring accuracy in billing.

You take breaks, and throughout the day, you support customer needs such as printing, invoicing, and troubleshooting issues like temperature control. You also plan and organize events, promote networking opportunities, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, with at least 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
  • Confident using MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
