JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role involves working with and supporting a team of leasing professionals to achieve occupancy and retention goals. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at the community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform administrative tasks for the leasing office, including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments and collateral materials.
  2. Assist with sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets by greeting prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments.
  3. Help prepare lease paperwork and organize resident lease files.
  4. Support the move-in and move-out processes for residents.
  5. Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for property tours.
  6. Conduct on-campus marketing outreach to increase community awareness and generate qualified traffic.
  7. Coordinate resident events such as parties, birthday cards, welcome parties, and unit visits to enhance resident satisfaction.
  8. Schedule and conduct resident visits each semester as part of the Student Living customer service program, distributing notices like flyers, newsletters, surveys, and late notices.
  9. Serve as an after-hours liaison between residents and property management.
  10. Respond promptly and courteously to resident concerns, taking action to resolve issues and relay requests to the appropriate personnel.

Additional Compensation

Factors influencing employee pay include business needs, experience, skills, and location.

  • Corporate Positions: May include participation in quarterly or annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: May be eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
