Job Description

Woodbury Estates, a Lifespark Senior Living Community located in Woodbury, MN, next to Woodbury Senior High School, has been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years. We offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. We are seeking a Community Life Assistant to join our growing team!

Shifts Available: Full Time Days, 9am-5:30pm, weekend rotation

Wage Range: $17.50-$22.50

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing community life and wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
  • Facilitate group programs efficiently and promote wellness dimensions within community activities.
  • Communicate program details and foster positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills, including email usage.
