Vincennes University seeks a Community Agency and Database Coordinator to support student success through administrative data management and direct student advocacy. The role balances maintaining the student database, tracking program expenditures, and connecting students to essential community resources.
The coordinator also helps organize workshops and academic services designed to drive participants’ good academic standing, persistence, and graduation/transfer.
The Community Agency and Database Coordinator is a 12-month,full-time position that supports student success by balancingadministrative data management with direct student advocacy. TheCoordinator is responsible for maintaining the student database,tracking program expenditures, and connecting students to essentialcommunity resources. Additionally, the Coordinator helps organizeworkshops and academic services designed to drive Experience VUparticipants’ good academic standing, persistence, andgraduation/transfer.
