Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Home Detention clients, ensuring adherence to program rules and timely documentation. You will conduct home and work visits, coordinate job search steps, and monitor testing protocols with the CCM guidance.

The role requires an associate’s degree in a related field, strong communication, and the ability to work independently under deadlines. Benefits include PTO and health plans, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two-year college in a related field.
• Experience in social services or related field preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and monitors community access for Home Detention clients as directed.
• Informs families and inmates about program rules and regulations.
• Conducts weekly home and bi-weekly progress reviews and documents findings.
• Schedules and monitors urine and alcohol testing for participants.
• Assists with release planning and job search documents for placement approval.
