Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavior Consultant ABA in Pennsylvania (Erie County) to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, set target behaviors, and develop individualized treatment plans with families and educators.

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight and thorough documentation skills. You will collaborate with families and professionals to implement ABA strategies, monitor progress, and ensure treatment

Qualifications

Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent licensure
BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
Graduate degree in ABA or in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
One year of direct services experience with children/youth or clinical/mental health practicum

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates aligned with treatment goals
