Job summary

Plum Creek Church is seeking a Communities & Classes Coordinator to lead all classes for adults, manage registrations, and oversee the church's community pathways in Castle Rock and beyond. You will coordinate schedules, recruit volunteers, and ensure welcoming spaces during the week as a front door to the community.

Reporting to the Discipleship Pastor, you will handle administrative duties, curriculum updates, and events, while maintaining alignment with Plum Creek’s values and mission and

Qualifications

• Commitment to Plum Creek Church mission and values.
• Experience with office and administrative tasks.
• Strong verbal, written and relational communication skills.
• Proficient computer applications (Mac preferred).
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all adult classes and manage registration and class structure.
• Maintain pathways for community engagement in Castle Rock and surrounding areas.
• Manage building use during the week as a third space.
• Coordinate class schedules and align Alpha and Follow Cohorts with strategy.
• Recruit, train, and support class contributors and room hosts.
• Handle administrative tasks including attendance and communications.
• Plan and execute community events and trainings.
