Job summary

Plum Creek Church in Castle Rock, CO, seeks a Follow Pastor to lead formation pathways and champion the Follow Operating System. The role requires pastoral leadership, relational depth, and systems thinking to move individuals from first visit to meaningful formation.

You will oversee cohorts, Alpha groups, and weekly practices, while developing volunteers and staff across the Follow ministry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years as a pastor or comparable ministry experience.
• Strong relational and pastoral skills for diverse life stages.
• Excellent communicator in one-on-one and small groups.
• Self-starter with initiative; thrives in ambiguity and collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Follow pathway aligned with Plum Creek Church’s mission.
• Lead, develop, and care for contributors within the Follow system.
• Oversee the health and execution of Follow cohorts, Alpha cohorts, the Monday Call, and the Follow Table experience.
• Champion the four practices (Formation, Community, Generosity, and Service) as the framework for ongoing discipleship.
• Oversee and execute the monthly Practice and Follow OS implementation.
• Remain adaptable and steward the budget; attend monthly All Staff meetings.
