Job summary

Redeemer East Side is seeking a Coordinator of Adult Ministry to provide administrative leadership for Community Groups, Affinity Groups, and Collectives. The role coordinates events, communications, registrations, and ministry workflows (PCO, Slack, Zoom, Skedda), while tracking metrics and ensuring well-run gatherings.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders to foster belonging, discipleship, and community life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two or more years of administrative experience in a church, nonprofit, or ministry setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Planning Center, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications and registrations for Community Groups and related events.
• Provide administrative support for Affinity Groups, Collectives, and ministry events.
• Administer ministry systems and databases to ensure accurate information.
• Track participation, engagement, and ministry outcomes for planning and improvement.
• Support scheduling, resources, and AV needs for ministry gatherings.
• Collaborate with ministry leaders and Communications to promote offerings.
