The Community Life Minister will lead LifePoint’s adult discipleship, assimilation, and community engagement ministries. This role will help adults move from first visit to meaningful community, active participation, spiritual maturity, and mission engagement.
The Community Life Minister will oversee Community Groups, Men’s and Women’s Ministries, adult classes, Explore LifePoint, Navigation, assimilation pathways, and community engagement.
In the first 12-18 months, success will include clarifying discipleship pathways, strengthening group life, developing volunteer leaders, improving follow-up for guests and new members, and helping adults take their next step with Christ. LifePoint is seeking a leader who values Scripture, prayer, genuine relationships, and simple, reproducible discipleship - not a heavily programmed ministry model.
