Job description

Title: Communications Specialist

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 months to 1 year

Pay Rate: $28-38/hour

Part-Time: 25 to 30 hours a week, US-based, Eastern time zone preferred.

Must have:

  • Experience with AI in data centers
  • Understanding of utility and grid infrastructure
  • Background with energy management companies
  • Experience in technical writing, blogs, social media, PR, and adaptable to various content needs
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in related fields such as journalism, marketing, writing, or PR

Position Summary:

  • Develop content to support strategic communications and thought leadership in the data center division
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and executive teams
  • Enhance company reputation through compelling writing
  • Report to the Strategic Communications Manager

Major responsibilities include:

  • Creating executive LinkedIn content and social media posts
  • Meeting with executives and communications team to plan content
  • Monitoring social media metrics and engagement
  • Managing blog calendar and creating monthly blogs with SME input
  • Interviewing SMEs, analyzing competitors, and preparing reports
