About the opportunity
As an External Communications Specialist on the global Content Marketing and Social Media team at Dayforce, you’ll join a group of seasoned strategists and writers who form the core storytelling engine that brings our unique brand personality and value proposition to life.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a variety of high-impact skills across content marketing, social media, digital storytelling, and media relations. Your work will help bring our brand narrative to life and have a direct impact on brand awareness, audience engagement, and demand generation, helping Dayforce reach its mission to make work life better on a global scale. Most days will include engaging with our audience on social media, drafting post copy and scheduling it in Sprout Social, researching the latest social media trends, writing blog posts, and supporting senior members of the Content Marketing and Social Media team on upcoming campaigns. We’re looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented self-starter who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow. Proficiency in English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders, co-workers, managers and/or clients across the world. Further, our back office support teams, including but not limited to Human Resources, are primarily English speaking. Employees need to be able to communicate with these departments in English to appropriately administer their business relationship. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking co-workers, managers, stakeholders and/or clients, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
