Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dispatcher for its Oklahoma City site to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, page physicians, and relay information to physicians, staff, and families. The role also supports class registrations and physician referrals, and may act as Dispatcher for safety and maintenance teams.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with beneficial telephone or customer service experience. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are required.
