Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an expert Content Designer to drive transformation communications for a major marketing operations program. You will create graphics, videos, and AI-enabled assets to support change initiatives across stakeholders.

Working remotely, you’ll partner with Change Management, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and executives to deliver polished materials, maintain brand standards, and accelerate adoption of Adobe platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in graphic design and visual communications.
• Portfolio of high-quality digital, presentation, infographic, and communication design.
• Experience producing or editing video, animation, or motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Produce transformation comms assets: graphics, infographics, presentations, toolkits, and campaigns.
• Create short-form videos and motion graphics for leadership communications.
• Develop AI-enabled content workflows to speed and personalize content creation.
• Deliver storytelling across change programs and executive communications.
• Support adoption of Adobe platforms and standardized processes.

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $68.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
