Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Communication Specialist to support enterprise-wide communications focused on organizational change and transformation initiatives. The role involves partnering with Communications and Change Management leadership to craft messaging for executives and a dispersed workforce.

You will develop content for newsletters, intranet, talking points, and presentations while maintaining editorial calendars and content plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience developing communications for executive leadership and across a dispersed workforce.
• Experience creating newsletters, intranet content, talking points, video scripts, presentations, and other internal communication materials.
• Experience developing and maintaining communication strategies, editorial calendars, content plans, and project timelines.
• Ability to develop messaging for complex or sensitive topics and translate business information into clear, accessible communications.
• Experience partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to gather information, review content, and align messaging with business objectives.

Our healthcare customer is seeking a Communication Specialist who will support enterprise-wide communications efforts focused on organizational change, business transformation initiatives, and M&A integration activities. This individual will work closely with Communications and Change Management leadership to develop and execute strategic communications that help employees understand organizational changes, key milestones, business impacts, and company priorities.

This role will serve as a key communications partner across multiple projects, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong corporate communications experience, proven change management communications expertise, and the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences ranging from executive leadership to employees across a distributed workforce.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
