Job summary

TEKsystems in Fitchburg, WI is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a full-time contract to join our in-house creative team. You will design print and digital assets, catalogs, brochures, and POS materials while ensuring brand consistency across channels and timely delivery.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, dealer networks and cross‑functional teams; bring concepts to production-ready files and stay current with design trends and AI‑driven tools to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house creative team, agency, or similar environment.
• Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print and digital design.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including print collateral, catalogs and brochures, digital assets, and POS displays.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team on a full-time contract basis. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual communications that bring our brands to life across a variety of print and digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance creativity with strong execution while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. This position will partner closely with marketing, sales, dealer, distributor, and cross‑functional teams to create high-quality assets that support business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including:

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
