Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team on a full-time contract basis. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual communications that bring our brands to life across a variety of print and digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance creativity with strong execution while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.This position will partner closely with marketing, sales, dealer, distributor, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality assets that support business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including:Print collateralProduct catalogs and brochureDigital marketing assetsPoint-of-purchase displaysDealer and distributor support materialsSales enablement contentBrand communicationsEnsure consistent application of brand standards and visual identity across all channels and materials.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.Incorporate feedback from marketing, creative, and business teams to refine and improve design concepts.Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital distribution.Support campaign launches and marketing initiatives through timely delivery of creative assets.Stay current on design trends, best practices, and emerging creative technologies.Explore opportunities to leverage AI-powered creative tools and workflows to enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
