Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract Field Marketing & Event Marketing specialist to support North America initiatives, with focus on Tier 1 events and customer communications. You will coordinate planning, execution, and follow‑up for large trade shows (HIMMS, NRF, RSA) and assist with newsletters and presentations.

The role requires graphic design proficiency and experience in technology marketing, with strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer events, trade shows, and marketing programs with planning, coordination, execution, and follow‑up activities.
• Experience within a technology or B2B marketing environment.
• Graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite to support presentations, event materials, newsletters, and customer‑facing communications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Technology marketing and trade show experience (NRF, HIMMS, RSA, or similar), newsletter development, presentation development, and customer‑facing communications.

Description

This specialist will support North America field marketing initiatives with a focus on Tier 1 events, executive communications, and customer-facing communications. This role will assist with the planning and execution of large-scale trade shows (HIMMS, NRF, RSA) and marketing programs, support customer-facing newsletters and communications, and coordinate activities across sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders. The position will also support the development of marketing materials and communications, with graphic design experience preferred.

Field Marketing & Event Marketing Experience

- Experience supporting customer events, trade shows, and marketing programs, including planning, coordination, execution, and follow‑up activities.

Executive & Customer Communications

- Experience developing or supporting customer‑facing communications, newsletters, presentations, and executive‑facing content.

Cross‑Functional Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination

- Ability to work across sales, marketing, leadership, and other stakeholders while managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
