SUMMARY: The Communications Coordinator supports Corban University’s enrollment, advancement, alumni, and institutional communication efforts by coordinating and executing recurring communications across email, web, and print channels. This role works with department leaders to gather content, prepare communications, build and test emails in the Slate CRM, maintain recurring communication flows, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
As capacity permits, the position may also assist with:
Writing and distributing press releases.
Annual envelope and stationery orders.
Ordering specialty paper and communication supplies.
Obtaining pricing and coordinating orders for print materials with outside vendors.
Other communication and administrative projects as assigned.
