Marketing Department Opportunity: Communications Content Coordinator

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Marketing team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. We are currently looking for a Communications Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Our ideal candidate for a Communications Content Coordinator is someone who has 2+ years of experience in content creation, is personable and creative, and brings a strong sense of commitment and direction to our projects. This candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

Primary responsibilities

• Generating engaging content in alignment with communication initiatives, including proposals, presentations, brochures, award submissions, and general copywriting as required.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure content is consistent with the company's brand and communication goals.
• Utilizing graphic design and layout skills to create visually appealing materials using applications such as Canva, Adobe and Joomag.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation, graphic design, and web development.

Primary qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a journalistic approach.
• Experience in proposal coordination within the construction industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Familiarity with marketing software and online applications, including Salesforce.com is a plus
• Interest in the construction industry and its best practices, or a strong desire to learn more.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with website development programs.
