Comms Search & Selection is seeking a Communication Consultant to lead client accounts and deliver sophisticated HR and benefits communication strategies. You will work with writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to develop emails, brochures, games, videos, and powerful websites for a diverse portfolio.

You can work remotely across the USA, bringing a proactive, independent work style and a track record of strong presentations. Travel to client sites and Dallas may be required.

• 5–10 years of internal communication/employee engagement experience in HR/benefits communications, in consulting or large organisation.

Comms Search & Selection is excited to partner with a dynamic, mid-size HR and employee benefits consulting firm. The firm has an impressive client's list, including the world's most iconic blue-chip and Fortune 500 companies.

Due to significant growth, our client is seeking an Communication Consultant to lead client accounts and deliver sophisticated HR and benefits communication strategies.

You can work remotely throughout the USA.

About the Role:

As an Communication Consultant, you will be the account lead for clients with complex employee communication needs. You'll be knowledgeable about HR and employee benefits communication and comfortable creating and executing robust internal communication strategies. You will work closely with internal teams of writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to bring these strategies to life, developing everything from compelling emails and brochures to engaging games, videos, and powerful websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute bespoke communication plans tailored to specific internal messaging requirements for a diverse client portfolio.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring partnerships with clients, team members, and external suppliers.
• Produce and refine written materials, incorporate client revisions, and guarantee the final output is impeccable and aligns with the client's vision.
• Create and manage comprehensive project timelines and outlines.
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to agreed-upon deliverables and financial plans.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding leading communication techniques and current developments in the field.

What We're Looking For:

• Five to ten years of internal communication/ employee engagement experience in employee benefits, human resources and total rewards communications, specifically in a consulting firm or a large complex organisation.
• A proactive and independent work ethic.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including crafting compelling content and delivering polished, confident presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• The capability to adeptly manage priorities and complete assignments effectively when facing tight schedules.
• A cooperative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-focused setting.
• Availability for travel to client sites and the company's main office in Dallas when necessary.
• Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 base per annum (commensurate with experience).
• Annual bonus potential (target of 10%).
