Okta is seeking a Communications Data and Insights Manager to build the analytics engine informing our corporate communications strategy. You will translate data into actionable insights, measure campaign performance, identify trends, and set KPIs that shape a modern, data-driven org.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, PR, or communications in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Experience benchmarking share of voice across earned, social, and owned channels.
• Fluent with Meltwater, MuckRack, Sprout Social, GA, Salesforce.
• Strong focus on data quality and cross-channel measurement.
• Experience designing scalable reporting frameworks and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Operate a continuous monitoring program across media and social to surface narratives in real time.
• Measure Okta's share of voice vs competitors and provide strategic recommendations.
• Assess Okta’s earned media and analyst coverage and link to business outcomes.
• Identify correlations between earned media spikes and funnel indicators.
• Guide editorial planning by surfacing resonant topics and whitespace.
• Deliver analysis showing impact of communications strategies.
• Develop dashboards and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Support quarterly and annual leadership reviews with data.
• Leverage Meltwater, MuckRack, Sprout Social, Caliber for AI-first workflows.
