Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Commission Administrator to manage the full commission cycle, from receiving initial reports to coordinating with Accounting for payments. You will ensure timely, accurate agent payments and resolve escalated issues with the broker services team.

The role requires an Associate's degree or higher, strong Excel skills (Xlookup), and solid customer service experience. A fast-paced environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher is required.
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationships is preferred.
• Experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
• One year of customer service or data entry experience is expected.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full commission process from reports to payments.
• Download, receive, format, import, and verify commission reports.
• Upload reports to the Ritter Agent Payment system and verify accuracy.
• Coordinate payment processing with the Accounting Manager.
• Provide formatted reports per accounting requirements.
• Perform manual calculations for quarterly allowances.
• Review agent debt and assist in debt collection when needed.
• Test and provide feedback with the RAP developer on releases.
• Resolve escalated commission issues with Broker Operations.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to agents via phone, email, and in person.
