Integrity, based in Dallas, TX, is seeking an Associate Commissions Accounting Analyst to support timely processing of commission statements for payment. You will develop expertise in IntegrityCONNECT and apply data-driven processes to ensure accuracy and prompt resolution of issues.

The role involves reviewing contracting errors, coordinating with the Service Team and BU teams, and finalizing commission batches for approval. Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or mathematics preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify ready-to-process commission statements and prepare batches for approval.
• Review contracting errors and report to resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve errors with Service Team and BU teams and track follow-ups.
• Analyze calculations for unusual transactions and propose action plans.
• Finalize commission batches for approval and monitor for completeness.
