Job summary

Integrity is seeking a detail-oriented reconciliation professional to audit commission payments and reconcile carrier revenue against internal systems. You will help ensure accuracy of financial and enrollment records and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.

The role emphasizes data integrity, issue resolution, and ad hoc reporting to leadership. 1–3+ years in reconciliation or data auditing and strong Excel skills are preferred in a growing insurtech

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in reconciliation, accounting support, or data auditing.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Comfortable working across systems and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Audit commission payments against carrier remittance data to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile carrier revenue records against internal systems (GAIN) to identify discrepancies between reported and expected payments.
• Investigate and correct data integrity issues affecting payment accuracy — including member identifiers, effective dates, and duplicate or incomplete records.
• Partner with internal teams to research and resolve enrollment/payment mismatches flagged during reconciliation.
• Document reconciliation findings and track unresolved exceptions to closure.
• Support ad hoc reporting on commission and revenue accuracy for leadership.
