Integrity, a leading life, health, and wealth insurer, is seeking a Commissions Analyst in Harrisburg, PA. You will manage the full commission cycle for insurance agents, handling reports, system uploads, and payments while coordinating with Accounting and Broker Operations.

The role requires an associate degree or higher, solid Excel skills, and experience in accounting or finance. You will assist with debt reviews, quarterly allowances, and provide responsive service to agents.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher is required.
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationships.
• Basic understanding of the commission process.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
• One year of customer service or data entry experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, especially over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full commission process from reports to coordination with Accounting Manager.
• Download, receive, format, import, and verify commission reports.
• Upload reports to the Ritter Agent Payment system.
• Verify accuracy of internal systems.
• Coordinate payment processing with the Accounting Manager.
• Provide formatted reports per accounting requirements.
• Perform manual calculations for quarterly allowances.
• Review agent debt and include in debt collection when necessary.
• Collaborate with RAP developer for testing and feedback in releases.
• Resolve escalated commission issues with Broker Operations and provide customer service to agents.
