Job summary

Integrity, a leading independent distributor of life, health and wealth insurance products, seeks a Commissions Processor to handle commission statements, analyze payouts, and complete audits within the Commissions Department.

You will process statements within 2 business days, manage batch exceptions, and respond to service tickets with accuracy and professionalism. A strong Excel skill set and excellent communication are essential.

• Must be able to pass pre-hire and annual background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Process commission statements fully and accurately within two business days of Matched/Reconciled date.
• Submit all batch exceptions in a timely manner.
• Recalculate batches daily until all exceptions are cleared.
• Update all systems as applicable.
• Respond to all commission tickets within eight (8) business hours of receipt.
• Resolve all commission tickets within four (4) business days of receipt.
• Maintain an audit rate of <3% error rate.
• Promptly notify management of issues with company pay rates, statement issues, and other items that may impact the payout timing of statements.
