Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will administrate our commissions process and support cadence using Xactly or similar tools, with coaching from the team to solve problems collaboratively.

You will perform monthly and quarterly commission calculations, manage updates to the system, and produce KPI reports for sales leadership. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations with strong analytics focus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience with Xactly or similar commission software.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Intellectually curious, strategic, and thrives on solving complex problems.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with partners at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with data storytelling for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills (modeling, statistics, financial analysis, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly commission calculations and design commission plans for multiple functions.
• Manage updates and enhancements to commission software.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting for rep KPIs and progress towards targets.
• Create commission plans and enablement for new commissionable employees.
• Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Consolidate data reports to drive data-based strategic decisions.
• Identify ways to improve key sales processes for efficiency and scale.
• Apply quantitative analysis to extract insights from data.
• Assist with business reporting and analysis for other areas of the organization.
