Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will administer the commissions process and leverage expertise with Xactly or similar tools to support our cadence.

The role includes designing commission plans, reporting on rep KPIs, and driving data-based insights across the sales organization. You will collaborate with teams to optimize procedures, ensure accurate calculations, and enable growth in a fast-paced enterprise software environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations with a strong analytics focus.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience with Xactly or similar commission software.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Intellectually curious, strategic, and able to tackle complex problems.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with partners at all seniority levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly commission calculations and design commission plans for various sales functions.
• Manage updates and enhancements to the commission software.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting for rep KPIs and progress toward targets.
• Create commission plans and support enablement of new commissionable employees.
• Analyze business operations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Consolidate data reports to drive data-based strategic decisions.
• Identify improvements to key sales processes for scalable performance.
• Use quantitative analysis to extract insights from data and tell a story.
