Job summary

Thompson Tractor Company seeks a Commissioning Team Lead for the EPG Sales Department to supervise the Commissioning Team and drive successful project execution. The role balances 40% project execution, 50% mentorship and development of technicians, and 10% process optimization. Relationships with customers and peers are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Experience working as a Service Technician preferred.
• Experience using personal computers including Microsoft Word and Excel and basic typing skills are required.
• Must possess or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the following required Skills and Competencies.
