Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager II to lead a commissioning team across multiple concurrent projects in the energy infrastructure sector in Tempe, Arizona. You will balance workloads, track deliverables, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary liaison among owners, engineers, contractors, and the ENFRA team.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commissioning or related fields, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of commissioning or related experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building operations.
• Ability to interact professionally with owners, owners' representatives, contractors and design teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution and verify deliverables meet scope.
• Engage stakeholders to maintain alignment and meet client requirements.
• Oversee KPIs, budgets, and schedules for project health.
• Create and manage scope trackers, calendars, and forecasts.
• Provide input for development of commissioning standards and processes.
