Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Tempe, AZ seeks a Commissioning Provider II to lead and execute commissioning projects, driving the process from plan to final report. Qualifications

• 5+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Proficient with CloudBased Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy).
• Proficient with Bluebeam software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning teams across one or more projects and coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Identify issues, drive corrective actions, and manage schedules and budgets.
• Develop commissioning plans and final commissioning reports; mentor team members on complex tasks.
• Perform site walks, observe equipment startup, and maintain observation logs.
• Participate in owner training and coordinate with clients and design personnel on plans and timelines.
