Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Fayetteville, AR, seeks a Commissioning Provider I to lead the commissioning team across multiple projects, coordinating with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure efficient, accurate execution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB, driving commissioning, resolving field issues, and validating peak performance and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience (mechanical, plumbing, ATC, TAB).
• Experience with building construction, especially mechanical, plumbing, ATC systems, and TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with Cloud-based Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning team across multiple projects.
• Interact with owners, owners' representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects to fulfill duties.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans and final reports.
• Perform functional performance testing and site observations.
• Coordinate with clients to establish plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Drive corrective actions for scope or performance gaps.
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks.
• Uphold ENFRA’s owner advocacy philosophy and core values.
