Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead multiple commissioning projects and guide the team through site execution, coordinating with owners, engineers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB, with a focus on safety and peak performance.

Travel 25-40% to job sites; strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with Cloud Based Commissioning software Platforms (CxAlloy).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software.

Responsibilities

• Identify information needs and conduct research as required.
• Manage projects with strong scheduling and coordination.
• Develop and review checklists and functional performance tests.
• Lead site walks and observe equipment startup; log observations.
