Job summary

Blattner is seeking a commissioning supervisor to support field operations in Minnesota. You will review design documents, assist with LOTO procedures, and coordinate with the Commissioning Principal to plan resources and equipment.

You will prepare weekly and daily commissioning plans, identifying devices and systems to be tested, and monitor progress of commissioning activities. The role requires prior commissioning or construction supervision experience, ability to travel 100% with rotations,

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years commissioning experience or 4–6 years of construction supervision experience.
  • Able to pass an MVR check, background check, physical, and drug test.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

  • Review design documents, contract specs, and utility requirements to learn project needs.
  • Write site-specific LOTO procedures and brief field personnel on compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Commissioning Principal to plan resources and equipment.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and daily commissioning plans outlining devices, systems and progress.
  • Supervise testing activities ensuring adherence to site risk assessments and daily work plans.

What You’ll Need

$41.29 - $58.32 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
