Job summary

Blattner is seeking a construction leader to drive safety and quality initiatives on-site, manage owner contracts and subcontracts, and oversee costs, labor scheduling, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors. The role requires frequent communication with the owner and at least 50% travel to job sites.

Ideal candidates will have proven self-perform project experience with large budgets, strong client relations, and solid knowledge of schedule and budget control.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M.
  • Exceptional customer and client relation skills.
  • Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring.
  • Contract and subcontract development and management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).

$152,527.00 - $221,165.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
