Job summary

Blattner in Avon, Minnesota, is seeking a Senior Field Superintendent to lead self-perform crews and subcontractors on substations and transmission projects up to 345kV. You will manage field costs, schedule, and safety, ensuring daily progress and quality across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading self-perform substations/transmission projects up to 345kV.
• Minimum 5 years supervising field construction crews.
• Strong safety mindset and program implementation experience.
• Ability to review bid packages for completeness and electrical scope.
• Must pass MVR, background, physical, and drug tests.
• Willing to travel 100% and relocate to the jobsite.

What You’ll Need

• Self-perform Substation/Collection/Transmission construction experience up to 345kV
• 5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews
• Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation
• Ability to review the bid package for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope
• Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
• Willingness to Travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)

What Will Set You Apart

$119,985.00 - $173,978 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
