Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a senior project leader to oversee multiple large-scale construction programs from concept through close-out. You will guide project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering value to clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, with 15 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager and 5 years as an Architectural Director, including projects over $250M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• 5 years of experience as an Architectural Director.
• Ability to travel within the U.S.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $250M in value.
• Design-build project experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of construction accounting software – Viewpoint Vista, Sage 300 CRE, etc.
• Strong oral, written, graphic communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred bilingual: English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Reports to and receives strategic project (P&L) guidance from the assigned Vice President of Strategic Operations.
• Receives functional and technical guidance from the Director of Project Services.
• Provides direction to assigned project reports including senior project managers, project managers, field staff and assigned support staff across various projects.
• Manages the project scope of work with customers and Lemartec management.
• Oversees budgets, schedules, and change control to meet contractual requirements.
