Lemartec Corporation, part of MasTec’s General Building group, seeks a Commissioning Director to lead senior project teams across multiple projects, ensuring value, quality, safety, and schedule adherence. This role oversees budgets, contracts, and coordinated client communications, driving strategic objectives aligned with Lemartec initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15 years of experience as Architectural Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• 5 years of experience as Architectural Director.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide direction to project teams including PMs and field staff.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure scope and expectations are met.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cash flow; monitor KPIs and risk.
• Oversee contract administration, change control, and documentation.
• Mentor and develop project managers; promote continuous improvement.
