Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage assigned routes, deliver garments, and build strong customer relationships. You will load/unload trucks, ensure accurate orders, and grow revenue through upselling while maintaining safety and high service standards on a Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll be the face of UniFirst on the road, engage with customers daily, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to service excellence while following DOT and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers.
• Deliver and pick up garments and products daily.
• Load/unload route trucks and ensure daily accuracy.
• Build customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Operate the company walk-in truck safely on designated routes.
• Maintain a predictable, weekday schedule servicing the same customers.
