Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives. You will build relationships, design safe Pilates programs, and teach private and group sessions while promoting related services.

Expected duties include consultations, goal setting, and maintaining studio standards. Certification in Pilates and CPR/AED are required, with ongoing education and member-focused service integral to the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels.
• CPR and AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement.
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates sessions on equipment use.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients with goal setting.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains Pilates studio cleanliness and safety.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
