Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instruct private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitor and instruct clients during sessions on safe equipment use.
• Conduct fitness consultations including goal setting and program recommendations.
• Promote and sell Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
