Piedmont Plastics is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for the Londonderry area. You will promote and sell our performance plastics, building trusted relationships with existing and prospective customers through product and application knowledge.

The role emphasizes developing new accounts, supporting current clients, expanding market share, and maintaining strong technical product knowledge in a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and sales experience.
• Inside sales in plastics or distribution is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts through proactive outcalls, prospecting and referrals.
• Provide sales support to existing accounts and obtain new orders to grow market share.
• Expand the customer base and maintain product knowledge.
• Enhance knowledge of applications and technical aspects in performance plastics.
• Follow up on leads from various sources and contribute to branch success.
