Job summary

Fortis Fire & Safety seeks an experienced Fire Sprinkler Sales Executive for Piper Fire Protection's Clearwater, FL branch. The role oversees the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close for service and small projects, including repairs and retrofits.

The position requires strong sales skills, estimating ability, and NFPA code familiarity, with regular field site visits and office collaboration. Commission eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in fire protection or related industry.
• Proven experience in estimating, bid preparation, and interpreting construction drawings.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards (NFPA 13, NFPA 25).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue service and small project opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Develop sales strategies to grow recurring and daywork service revenue.
• Estimate and prepare proposals for repairs and tenant improvements.
• Conduct site surveys to assess existing systems and develop solutions.
• Present proposals and value-driven solutions meeting codes and needs.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
