Job description

Join to apply for the Commission Specialist role at Magnit.

This is a contract role through Magnit for a leading software security company in Burlington, MA. The role is fully remote in the US, working in EST time zone. This is NOT a corp-to-corp opportunity.

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Magnit is hiring for a versatile professional to support sales commissions management and administration, including incentive system configuration, transaction processing, results reporting, and customer support. Responsibilities include supporting monthly close tasks and process improvements, such as implementing a new ICM tool. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Understanding commissions processes and data flows.
  • Implementing a new Incentive Compensation Management system, including design, testing, and administration.
  • Resolving inquiries regarding commission calculations, disputes, plans, and system access.
  • Updating quarterly quota reports and supporting performance reporting.
  • Administering current commissions system and testing enhancements.
  • Partnering with Revenue Operations to review Salesforce booking data and quota models.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • 3+ years in Finance, Sales Compensation, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Anaplan, and ICM tools like Varicent, CaptiVateIQ, Forma.ai, or XACTLY.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience in SaaS or high-tech industries.

Hourly Pay Rate Range: $50-$60/hr, depending on location and experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K (eligibility requirements apply).
